TAYTO FACTORY VISIT
In January Form Four Business Studies pupils paid their annual visit to the Tayto factory in Tandragee to view first hand the production processes of one of Northern Ireland’s most famous brands.
On the tour pupils learnt about the application of many of the topics they will study at GCSE including Environmental Awareness, Computer Aided Manufacture, Health & Safety, Quality Management, Marketing, New Product Development and Stock Control. Pupils found the experience very beneficial as they got to see a busy automated factory in full production.
